Panama Elida ASD Natural Geisha
Panama Elida ASD Natural Geisha
Our selection of this anerobic slow dry (ASD) natural coffee is truly exceptional, offering specific pineapple flavor that makes it unique, even within the prestigious Elida Estates. While retaining its signature ASD characteristics, it surprised us with a captivating pink stone fruit flavor just like nectarine. During our cupping, this coffee was round and juicy, coupled with a high level of sweetness. With this flavor profile in mind, we opted for a medium-paced roast, aiming to preserve its balanced profile while enhancing the clarity of each unique note. We're thrilled to have you on this flavorful journey!
