Panama Mi Finquita Natural Geisha
Panama Mi Finquita Natural Geisha
This coffee is an absolute gem! During our cupping, it revealed a high level of clarity and a round, juicy body, all complemented by a vivid citrus acidity with a delightful hint of jasmine. We roasted this beauty a little more slowly to truly showcase its excellent body. With a medium development time, we aimed to temper the acidity slightly, resulting in a rounded juicy cup!
